MARCH 20 MEETING

We have requested to speak to the Borough of Munhall Council on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., EDT.  The purpose of our appearance will be to:

  • To provide the borough council with the status of The Abraham Hays Foundation, Inc., its membership as of March 20, 2013 and current funding.
  • To provide the borough council with a status report of the progress being made to satisfy their requirements in order to repeal the condemnation order.
  • To provide the borough council with a summary of other activities in process such as architectural work, foundation website.
  • Provide a summary of events leading up to the meeting that chronicle the actions taken since the condemnation hearing on November 21, 2012.

Comments from family members or friends to the borough council.  Please note that you are required to fill out the Request to Comment form no later than Friday, March 15, 2013 and either fax it or email it to info@munhallpa.us . We are planning to hold a reception after the meeting for all family members in attendance at the meeting:

Based on the number of family members who will attend, we will be provided one of the hotels meeting rooms, a buffet of hors d’ oeuvres and dessert.  All beverages will be served on a “Cash Bar” basis with complimentary water, tea and coffee.

If you are planning to attend the reception, please send an email to jdeibel@abrahamhaysfoundation.org confirming your attendance and how many family members you will be bringing to the event.  The deadline for your RSVP is Sunday, March 17, 2013.
